This spacious private apartment is on a well kept complex on the ground floor with views across the Olympic sized pool, jacuzzi, toddler section  and snack bar.  

The Apartment is furnished to a high standard giving luxury holiday rental accommodation.  It has air conditioning and heating for the winter period which makes it an ideal place to spend your Majorcan holiday.  The apartment sleeps  2-4 people. 

The apartment comprises of a fully fitted kitchen, with full oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and large fridge freezer.  Table and chairs with seating for 4 people. 

There is a spacious utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The lounge has settees (one a sofa bed) side units, coffee table, lamps, and satellite TV.  This leads to a large terrace and the private garden with table, chairs and loungers looking onto the pool and gardens.             

A wonderful tiled bathroom with twin washbasins, bath, separate shower and wc.          

The spacious main bedroom has a double bed, bedside drawers, lamps and large double wardrobes (with safe for valubles)  looking on to the pool.

The swimming pool is a superb feature of this complex,  with a wonderful bridge, the gardens beyond and crystal clear blue waters.  There is a toddler section and shallow end with water falls, with sunloungers and brolliers.  A wonderul place to enjoy a relaxing vacation.     

The complex is located a 5 mins walk to the Es Forti Beach (Calo des Pou), shops, restaurants and bars. The beach has a snack bar, loungers and parasols for hire, from this beach boats visit which offer trips to other beaches in the area.  Cala D'or Marina is a 10 minute walk from the complex and has lovely restaurants and bars.
